The Aleph 19 (19mm) 1x123 consists of an Aleph 19(19mm) head with a GDuP (3 level driver) Cree Light Engine, 1x123 power pack and a flat tailcap with a McClicky switch.

A special 19mm reflector(McR19XR) is designed for optimum output for the Cree XR-E. The reflector is of a very short focal length and relatively very deep. The intent is for a concentrated spill or flood portion of the beam coupled with a divergent reflected beam. The overall beam is relatively bright without a large and overwhelming spot beam.
