Shipping, Returns, Order Processing
**The USPS module is broken on the Shoppe. Please place your order through the Sandwich Shoppe using UPS ground or UPS international shipping. Add a note to your order or send an email requesting USPS first class or Priority Mail, the same for International. I will edit the order adjusting shipping type and rate. A refund will be issued after the order is shipped.
TITLE & CONTROL OF GOODS
The buyer assumes title and control of the goods the moment the carrier USPS accepts the package.
The buyer assumes risk of transportation and is entitled to route the shipment.
The buyer is responsible for filing claims for loss or damage to the carrier not the Shoppe.
The buyer must communicate and receive an okay from the Shoppe before returning goods.
The buyer is responsible for paying for any shipping back to the Shoppe.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned orders.
There will be a 30% restocking fee for all returned custom or expedited orders.
We do not accept returns on used parts including: converters, light engines, LEDs, reflectors etc.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.
Order processing time: ~3-7 days. Email is sent when the order ships.
Custom order, special requests and changes will take longer--up to 2 weeks.
There are always exceptions to these guidelines. Sometimes orders are filled real fast.
1. Express Mail and EMS is fastest and has a tracking number. Tracking number will be sent with shipping notification.
2. 2nd fastest is Priority Mail comes with delivery confirmation. Global Priority does not have tracking.
3. First class and International air letter mail take the longest and do not have a tracking number.
All orders are taken to the post office counter and dropped off. After this it is out of our hands and becomes property of the US government, USPS. The package becomes the responsibility of the buyer. We do not control mail delivery.
If multiple orders are shipped together, shipping is not refundable.
UPS Ground now available for US orders. Tracking number will be emailed after the order ships.
Sometimes errors are made on an order. These are not intentional. Please email us.
If a product is bought second-hand from another source we are not obligated to fix, warranty the part. Please email for consideration. A fix it fee may apply. Please get permission before sending anything in for repair.
Expedited shipping method does not equate to expedited order processing.
