This chart graphically compares Badboy, Madmax drop in 2AA modules. These are 100% compatible with the Mag Instruments (R) minimag and the Brinkmann 2AA flashlight. 
The Madmax series are semi-regulated where the Badboy series are full constant current LED regulated and have constant brightness over the full battery life.
These are the brightest 2AA modules.
The drop in modules retain 100% of the head screw on/off feature of the existing flashlight.
Upgrading a 2AA flashlight takes no more than 5 minutes typical, improves the light quality over the existing incandescent bulb. No need to change bulbs ever again. If the flashlhight gets dinged and damaged, transplant the module to a new flashlight housing making replacement a simple low cost solution.
These modules unlike others can be fed Alkaline, NiMH, NiCD and L91 Lithium batteries. All AA batteries technologies are accepted.
