Aleph 19 Head Kit consists of a Aleph 19 head + bezel ring, sapphire window + o-ring and a 19 XR mm reflector for Cree XR-E LED. Now comes with McR19XR reflector.
The 19 mm reflector was designed to be in focus with the Nichia jupiter and Cree 7090 LED's but that it also provides a reasonable flood beam with Luxeon LED's.
The 19 mm reflector was designed for Cree 7090 LED, specifically the UV. The reflector is of a very short focal length and relatively very deep. The intent is for a concentrated spill or flood portion of the beam coupled with a divergent reflected beam. The overall beam is relatively bright without a large and overwhelming spot beam.
