Finned square heat sink 2.4"W x 2.4"L x .327"H with 4 flanged mounting holes that match a 60mm fan assembly. PDF Drawing .
Thermal simulations shows ~3C/W thermal resistance. Can be cut with hacksaw since or other tools to make it smaller since base is only 0.050" thick. Great for mounting test LEDs to. One to three single LEDs or one P7/MC-E can be mounted to this heatsink. A small fan blowing air across the fins keeps it cooler than without any air.
